Had a call from Mark who was very friendly, explained I could not lock the doors. He then sprayed some lovely smelling stuff on the edge off doors and it done the trick. He then would not charge me as he said it has only taken 5 minutes. I was very impressed and after he gave me some advice left. I would recommend The window man and would called them with any problems in the future. Thank you.
