The lock on one of my old upvc doors had seized. Jackie in the office was fantastic in understanding my problem and the need to keep my property secure, and arranged for Shawn to come round the same day. Shawn very quickly fixed the seized lock with no need for any additional parts, and answered all my questions about how to stop it happening again. He will be back again next month, as I was so impressed with the service I asked him to quote me for another door I wanted to replace.
